I was just sitting thinking about what to write about tonight. Not wanting to dwell on my moods, how boring! So I began to browse the blogs I follow and came across Val City Gal’s blog and due to reading this I was intrigued to read Robyn Bomar’s blog. These two blogs have inspired many people and me now being one of them. I love the idea! If you haven’t clicked the links yet Robyn performed 38 different random acts of kindness for her 38th birthday and Val City Gal was inspired to do a similar challenge.
I am turning 30 this year and although everyone dreads 30 I just want to mark the year by doing something fabulous. I’ve been wracking my brain as to what ‘fabulous’ thing I could do. Now I know what. 30 random acts of kindness. My birthday is in November so I may just think of something else for in-between. I think this idea of ‘pay it forward’ is so needed today. Everyone is always ready to moan but never to be polite or kind. I think it will be good for the others I help and for me as a person. I’m not saying I’m going to do 30 major random acts of kindness but the smallest things can help. I’m feeling very positive about this idea, think it’s what I needed right now, something happy, thoughtful.

I totally agree – the concept is very inspiring and much needed in today’s world! Looking forward to hearing more kindness stories!
